This is a running event on trails.
There are some hazards including, but not limited to, uneven ground surfaces, other track users, adverse weather conditions.
By entering this event I attest that I am fully aware of the risks and hazards involved in participating in this event and I understand that participation in the event is at my own risk.
I acknowledge that I have read and understood the course information available on the website including the rules, refund policy and cancellation policy.
In consideration of the acceptance of my entry fee, I do hereby on behalf of my heirs, executors, administrators and assignees release and forever discharge the sponsors, landowners and any and all persons involved in Best Dam Backyard Ultra from any and all liability whatsoever (including but not limited to; accident, injury and/ or death) or claims of damages, actions or inaction what so ever (including negligence) in any manner arising out of my participation.
I understand that if extreme weather or other “acts of god”, force changes, postponement or cancellation of the event, that the entry fee is only partially refundable according to the policy on the website.
I agree that the organisers and any sponsor of this event may use information contained in this form or media obtained at the event for purposes connected with the event, and to provide details of other products, services and events to me from time to time. I understand that I have rights under the Privacy Act 2020.
